What to do if my app keeps crashing?

The app can crash for a variety of reasons, including not being connected to the internet or needing a software update. Please follow the following steps to fix the issue:

Check WiFi
  1. Close Bevz App
  2. Go to iPad Settings
  3. Click on WiFi. Confirm that the iPad is currently connected. If you have a 5G option, we recommend using that.
 
Check iPad Software Update
  1. Close Bevz App
  2. Go to iPad Settings
  3. Click on General
  4. Click on software update
  5. Install
 
Once you have checked the WiFi and confirmed that you are on the newest software update, go to the Bevz App to reopen. You may need to log back in.
